I have had success closing all kinds of piercing Holes from those in lips, on noses, and through belly buttons with the use of TCA CROSS. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist. I would doubt any one would do a skin graft, but if they agreed, I would be concerned that the result would be leave a much more visible defect than even the small hole itself.. Hope this helps.
