Can a lip lift be combined with a corner lift, or will something else help widen my lips/mouth? (photos)

I have a small downturn mouth with heavy bottom lip, thinner uneven upper lift, and long philtrum which prevents my front teeth showing when I speak. I would like to know if a lip lift can it be combined with a corner lift and/or is there any type of procedure that could widen my lips and mouth. Thanks
