Can a lip lift be combined with a corner lift, or will something else help widen my lips/mouth? (photos)

I have a small downturn mouth with heavy bottom lip, thinner uneven upper lift, and long philtrum which prevents my front teeth showing when I speak. I would like to know if a lip lift can it be combined with a corner lift and/or is there any type of procedure that could widen my lips and mouth. Thanks

Great question.  Yes, a lip lift (done in and under the nostrils of the nose) can absolutely be done at the same time as a corner lift.  A corner lift will turn up the drooping sides of the mouth and can be made to widen the mouth too if desired.  Though, most of the time, when you get improved brightness with the subnasal lip lift and an upturn with the corner lift, your mouth looks so much better than widening the lips isn't critical.
