Left eye drooping after right eye ptosis repair

Hi. I had ptosis repair 6 months ago on my right eye. I have had strabismus since I was a baby and have had 4 strabismus surgeries. Following the last strabismus surgery I developed a right eye ptosis. I went to an oculoplastic surgeon and after aplying upneeq it was determind that my right eye needed to be operated on. The surgeon admitred the lids were asymmetrical following the ptosis repair, but at my last follow up i was told it looked fine and told that he would not operare on my left eye.
