Hard bumps on nose tip - could this be scar tissue? (Photo)

It’s been a little over a year since my first rhino and since a month I noticed 2 hard bumps at the tip, they are a little painfull when I push on them. I didn’t have a graft placed during the operation + it was a closed rhino. Could this be scar tissue? It’s not that noticeable on the pictures though. Thank you all in advance!
