Hard bumps on nose tip - could this be scar tissue? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. The hard bumps you're describing appear to be what is known as greater alar cartilage and shouldn’t be a cause for concern. This is a natural feature of the nose and not a result of scar tissue. What are the bumps on the tip of your nose? it appears that these “bumps“ are a protrusion of your lower lateral Cartlidges through what appears to be fairly thin skin. as such, they are a normal structure. I cannot tell from the photographs if they are in proper position, or if there is some asymmetry.

Hello @Raisa vaes, thank you for your question and showing you pictures. It could be scar tissue or it could also be that the doctor used some sort of graft to make the nose look more elevated. I suggest that you have a check-up with the treating physician to clear up any doubts.
