Hair fibers safety after transplant (traction alopecia)?

Hi, I hope you are doing well! Are hair fiber concealers safe to use for the lungs? After applying the fibers, some of the fibers may fall out. Are these fibers able to be filtered out by the nose if accidentally inhaled? Will these hair fibers cause lung issues in the long run? Thank you!

Hello,

Hair fiber concealers are generally safe to use and pose minimal risk to the lungs when applied as directed. Any fibers that might be accidentally inhaled are typically too large to penetrate deeply into the respiratory system and are often filtered out by the nose or expelled naturally. For added safety, apply the fibers in a well-ventilated area and avoid over-application. If you have specific respiratory concerns, consult a medical professional.
