I want to entirely get rid of my deep set eyes I am 18f and it makes me look like a man is it possible to shave them to the point of looking like the girl in the facial photo

There are several things that can be done. First of all, we should see a side view photo. That will be the best way to determine what is valuable for you.  It may be needed to reduce the forehead, but there are other options.

It appears that you are concerned about prominence of lower forehead. This can be corrected with open forehead procedure to a certain degree. In person or teleconference consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure is recommended. Good luck.
