I am thinking about getting a double jaw surgery (if I’m the right candidate) due to having some issues. I also have a long philtrum but haven’t been able to fix it because it will cause a gummy smile. If a double jaw surgery is right for me, is it possible to reduce the bone in the philtrum area so I can get a lip lift? If so, can you do a double jaw surgery and a lip lift during the same surgery session?
