Which depth and energy level for Morpheus8 for saggy neck?

I had cool mini, which helped a lot with eliminating my double chin, however left me with a saggy neck. I am 46.I am considering Morpheus8 to tighten the skin and also remove some more fat, however there are many horror stories out there. What is the maximum depth and maximum energy level you think is appropriate for my neck that would be the absolute highest one can go without risking any permanent damage?

The appropriate depth and energy level for Morpheus8 treatment of saggy neck skin will depend on several factors, including the severity of the sagging, skin thickness, and patient preference. Typically, Morpheus8 is used at a depth of 2mm to 4mm for treatment of the neck /Jaw line areas. 
The energy level will depend on the patient's skin type, skin thickness, and treatment goals.
In my clinical practice,  after I perform a face to face consultation where I assess the patient's skin/ fat then I recommend the appropriate depth and energy level for their specific needs. usually I advice a protocol of 3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart including local anesthesia infiltration to reduce the discomfort. My protocol  of Morpheus 8 is settle with the proper level of energy ( 30-40 Joules and Depth 2-4 mm fixed and cycle mode)  in order to have tissue contraction/tightening  (FAT and SKIN) and collagen stimulation that help to tighten and lift the skin. However with the above parameter of depth and energy level , you would need a proper local anesthesia infiltration to reduce the discomfort. 
During the treatment, I use the same platform of Facetite that can used only by doctors. 
in some cases, where the skin is mild to moderate saggy and the patient refuses to undergo to Face/Neck surgical lift, then I offer an alternative option : Face/Necktite (one session) in combination with Morpheus 8 ( 3 sessions 4-6 weeks apart) or Renuvion/J plasma ( 1 session). 
It is important to note that Morpheus 8 is a safe and effective treatment when performed by a qualified doctor. The treatment is minimally invasive and has a short recovery time. Patients may experience mild redness, swelling, and tenderness immediately after the treatment, but these side effects usually resolve within a few days.

Morpheus 8 is a wonderful treatment and incredibly safe. One of the most popular areas I treat are patients face and neck. The settings are pretty standard for both areas depending on skin pigment, there is some slight variation for someone who has more melanin in their skin. With darker pigmented skin, you just want the energy to go down by half of what you would treat somebody for that area. Even with the modified energy, we always get really good results with our treatment and have never had anybody with complications. I encourage you to begin by scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon's office.  You may find better results from FaceTite followed by Morpheus8 treatments.  This can remove excess fat, tighten skin, stimulate collagen, as well as improve skin tone and texture.
