I have a dent in the middle of my forehead. Can this be helped? (Photo)

I have had great success, with very gratifying results using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler for treating indentations of the forehead, be they from underlying bony abnormalities or from En Coup de Sabre (linear scleroderma). Botox can be additionally helpful if there is an underlying muscular tension contribution to the indentation in the glabella region. The forehead is no place for inexperienced, novice injectors. So, you would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler injector. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Hi mutedwater ! I would recommend to start with a little bit of botox. Botox will help decrease the intense lines. After your botox has set in (about 2 weeks for full results) if you’re still struggling with the dent , then I would recommend doing gradual filler.

I was under the impression that I had answered this question a few days ago, but I don’t see being listed. In my opinion, you would benefit greatly from fat grafting into that area as it should produce natural and permanent results. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
