I have had great success, with very gratifying results using a low viscosity, malleable, cohesive HA filler for treating indentations of the forehead, be they from underlying bony abnormalities or from En Coup de Sabre (linear scleroderma). Botox can be additionally helpful if there is an underlying muscular tension contribution to the indentation in the glabella region. The forehead is no place for inexperienced, novice injectors. Hi mutedwater ! I would recommend to start with a little bit of botox. Botox will help decrease the intense lines. After your botox has set in (about 2 weeks for full results) if you’re still struggling with the dent , then I would recommend doing gradual filler.
