The short answer is YES, you can combine all those surgeries. It is common in my practice and patients appreciate just one surgery and one recovery. Discuss risks vs benefits with your surgeon for this approach and explore reasons for recommendations.Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. The possibility of combining several cosmetic surgical procedures is a very common question that I am often asked at the time of consultation.  In many cases the procedures requested can be performed in a single surgical setting but there are considerations, including a patients medical health profile, total estimated length of procedure, and recovery, that must be weighed before a decision to combine is made.  
I would recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who is well-experienced in these procedures.  At the time of your consultation, your candidacy for each procedure of interest will be determined and your surgeon will be better able to advise you as to whether or not it would be appropriate to perform them all together or if they should be staged.  I hope you find this helpful and I wish you all the best.

Thank you for the question. It is possible to perform multiple procedures as long as you are cleared medically for surgery and a good candidate. The combined procedure time should not exceed the 5 -6 hours for elective surgery. This is to minimize risks and complications. Also take into account your recovery. It may be more difficult to combine a rhinoplasty with a body procedure because of the difficulty breathing the first few days. You may be better off combining the labiaplasty and mastopexy and postponing the rhinoplasty for a later stage. Have a detailed discussion with a board certified plastic surgeon who can help you plan your surgeries to better meet your goals. Best of luck!Dr. Khuthaila

Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of
real patients who have had all three of these surgeries performed by your surgeon and evaluate
their results.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

hello. Thanks for your question. In general, it is possible to have multiple procedures done at the same time. I think most board certified plastic surgeons would be capable of treating all these conditions. However, the iss to consider is the length of surgery. As the time of the surgery lengthens, there are some increased risk of complications and many surgery centers have time limits as to the amount of surgery that can be done at a given time. If you are very insistent,  you could do the surgery in a hospital setting which allows for overnight observation. This will increase your cost but also safety. I would consider doing this in stages as a breastbone lift can take up to 4 hours alone. I suggest seeing a board certified plastic surgeon for a consult. Goood luck. 

I would not do all three at the same time.  You may find a surgeon to do all three but that, in my opinion, would be a mistake.  The breast lift and rhinoplasty alone take a lot of skill, experience and judgment to do it well, as well as the labiaplasty.  It's also a lot to ask for yourself to manage all three areas of pain and discomfort postoperatively.  I would perform the breast lift in one operation and combine the rhinoplasty and labiaplasty in another.  Good luck!

Personally, I do not perform genitourinary surgery but I am always loathe to recommend so such surgery as to exceed the desired NY five hour cutoff. Longer surgery can result in more complications.  Additionally, I always wonder whether a wish list does or does not take into account the reality of cost.  You seem to have prioritized the mastopexy so focus on this first, find a surgeon with whom you are comfortable and then consider the remaining procedures as collateral.
