How much filler to get slight lift? (Photo)

I was thinking of getting filler in my cheeks and my nasolabial to lift this area a little. However my face is quite wide already and because this is my first time I want to be conservative. What's the minimum amount I should put on either side in those two areas to see an improvement? Thanks
