I have a very slight fullness under the chin that bothers me; I am already quite slim (a size 4) and eat very healthy (vegan, minimal processed foods). I want to get rid of my slight double chin so that my jawline is more pronounced. One side is more visible than the other. Given the problem is so minimal, I don't want to do lips - the main concern with lipo is the downtime as it's very hard for me to get time off work. I tried kybella and morpheus with 0 results.
