I would like to tighten/snatch my jawline a little. I have a baby face and have always had chubbier cheeks even though I am 29. I am also very slim which is why I want my face to match my body a bit more but don’t want to lose volume in my upper cheek. I can consider all options and have researched chin lipo, threads, airsculpt, kybella, and am now looking at ultherapy. I like that it’s less invasive as I would like to minimize any down time. What would you reccomend for me for slimmer jaw?

Answer: Jaw slimming options Thank you for your photos. No need for Kybella, or chin lipo or airsculpt as you have no fat there.Threads will work great for you.Ultherapy would be great as well to lift and tighten the skin and help you define your jawline more and the under chin area. You may also want to consider a little botox to masseter muscles to help slim the face down as well.

Answer: Ultherapy for jawline Using MicroFocused Ultrasound with Visualisation (“MFU-V”), the Ulthera device delivers ultrasound energy to the deeper layers of skin to generate focal areas of heating known as Thermal Coagulation Points. Collagen rich layers of the skin- such as the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (“SMAS”) and deep dermis are targeted. The treatment causes existing collagen to contract and triggers new collagen production- as evidenced by immediate skin tightening that further improves over the next 2-3 months. Using the patented DeepSEE® technology, the Ulthera system provides real-time ultrasound visualization of the skin down to 8mm, allowing practitioners to deliver the treatment at the optimal tissue depth and avoid injuring structures such as blood vessels or bone.
