Would Ultherapy help in reversing my face fat transfer?

Question

I'm 23 and have done a face fat transfer a year ago. I honestly didn't need them and want to have my old face back. Aside from micro lipo, what are my other options?

As we age, collagen breaks down, resulting in loss of skin strength and elasticity. For tissue tightening, Ultherapy is ideal for the lower face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Morpheus8 to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity.

In order to offer a better advise, it is crucial to see your photos. ideally before fat transfer and after fat transfer to understand what you don't like exactly and how to carefully and safely undo it or balance it.
Without photos it's impossible to predict.
You have Kybella, CoolSulpting, Ultherapy and RF microneelding as some potential options to consider. Photos and in person consultations are a must first step for you. Also, did you go back to the doctor who performed the fat transfer? What options are they offering you?
