I have deep set eyes and a prominent brow. Filler has helped eye hollowing from age, but the spot between my eyebrows is dropping and saggy. I do not have bad 11 lines or forehead lines and I am happy with my eyebrows themselves. I would just like to lift the loose skin between my eyebrows only. Would Botox help this? I've never had it because I worry about getting eyelid ptosis from Botox.
Answer: Yes - botox can potentially help Yes - botox in the glabella area can potentially help. It's worth a try! Although eyelid ptosis is a potential complication of botox injections, it is more commonly seen with forehead injections (above the middle aspect of the eyebrows). Always make sure to go to a licensed doctor/nurse (in Canada) or doctor/nurse/PA (USA).

Answer: Lifting eyebrows with #Botox Hello the_scream: Neuromodulators such as Botox and Jeaveau can absolutely help to lift the muscles in this area. An advanced injector will choose a product and concentration that will not spread, and inject at a depth and location that will relax the procerus and corrugator muscle that pull your brows down, while avoiding the frontalis muscle beneath and above them that lift the brows up, allowing the frontalis muscle to exert a greater pull upwards. The traditional method results in a brow droop in the glabella and medial brows, so make sure you consult with an injector with many years of experience and knowledge of the anatomy of the facial musculature. All the best to you from NYC! Sheryl Clark MD FAAD
