Would Botox help me achieve rounded, larger an d wider eyes? (photo)

Botox can be used to open the lower eyelid. When placed in the lower eyelid the Botox can relax the orbiculares muscle and relax the contraction to the lower eyelid. This treatment is good for patients that have a lot of covering of the lower iris. Normally the lower eyelid should cover 1-2 mm of the inferior limbus, or colored part of your eye. It does not appear that your lower eyelid covers more than this area of your limbus so I do not think you would see a significant benefit from this treatment.

From the provided photo it's unlikely that Botox will help you achieve wider, more rounded looking eyes. When Botox is used on the lower lid it is for those with a hypertophy of the muscle the hugs the lower lid. You do not appear to have that. When it is used inappropriately or too aggressively it can have unwanted results. Botox can give a refreshed "rested" appearance to the eyes by softening crow's feet and giving a conservative brow lift.
