I have naturally thick lips and have previous lip corner lift surgery to change the shape of the lip corners (extended a bit); I thought this would fix my corners but didn't (I also have a visible scar). I am quite young (mid 20's) and yet the corners of my mouth appear to droop and form lines from the side view. I'd like to know if this is something botox can help with, and/or if there are any other procedures I can get to address this.
