Hi! I am in my 20s and am a healthy weight. However, I have a lot of fat in my face and it causes me to have these lines around my chin when I smile. I'm not sure what route to take to fix it if possible. I'm thinking masseter Botox or buccal fat removal might help but am unsure. Any advice or suggestions?
