Would biorevitalization or PRP injections deliver better results for skin laxity in the lower face? 45 y/o female.

Hi, I am a 45 YOF, looking to address skin laxity, esp in the lower face area, and just to get an overall refresh. I have had PRP injections once, PRP microneedling once, and a combination of the two once. Unfortunately these treatments were quite a few months apart. I am now looking to get another PRP session or a biorevitalization. Which is the better option of the three? (I might want to get some nasolabial fillers in a few months, if that makes a difference)
