8 months post All-on-4, metal showing and implants loosen within a few days, should I be concerned? (photo)

Hi, when my teeth were completed about 8 months ago I never checked the upper arch above the implants to see what it looked liked. Anyway once I did I noticed the metal showing. Dentist said it’s normal. I been back 3x for a tighten. It only last a few days amd gets loose again. Dentist did another scan and nothing is wrong. It loosesen after a few days. Is this normal? Thank you

Hello. The visible metals are called multiunit abutments and they may be seen in some cases depending on tissues.The main issue is, they should not be visible when you smile. To achieve this, sometimes bone reduction is being performed before placing the implants depending on smile line which means how much soft tissues are visible when you smile. 
If prosthesis loosens, prosthesis may be renewed due to non-passive fit. Impressions of the prosthetic work is very important to achieve passive fit. Also you may have bruxism habit which may also cause the prosthesis loosening. In such a circumstance, masseter botox can help to avoid excess forces against loosening prosthetic screws.
