I would wait 2 weeks after getting tear trough filler before getting a chemical peel and vice versa.

As long as the entry pokes have healed, you can have your chemical peel after tear trough filler, so typically about 4-5 days or so.

One does not react with the other. I would only advise to wait till the needle punctures heal before getting peel if you do it after the filler.

You do not need to worry about filler and chemical peel, as you do not need a peel, since peels are the wrong treatment for post traumatic hyperpigmentation from acne. Instead, you need to begin the Obagi Nu-Derm System that will treat the hyperpigmentation and help prevent any further acne breakouts. The other option is an IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) to just reduce the pigment, though on a different setting it can treat acute acne.
