Hyperpigmentation after using Retin A. How can I restore my face?

I used retin a years before it peeled my face resulted to very radient supple skin but after threr years i used it again but there was no peeling I used it for 4 months but there was an adverse effect hyperpigmened sensitive and wrinkled skin I just need any procedure make retin a peel my skin again to restore my face I'm so depressed Thanks alot
