I have active acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. My morning routine is cleanse my face, tone with witch hazel, then use Cos De BAHA Tranexamic Acid 5% Serum with Niacinamide 5%, then I use a sunscreen moisturizer. For my night routine I cleanse my face, tone with witch hazel, then use adapalene gel 0.1%, then use sunscreen moisturizer. I want to add kojic acid bar in my routine to hopefully speed the process but I don’t know if it’s recommended so I came here for some guidance.
