I exchanged my allergan textured implants with smooth cause I had fluid around my implants. My Dr did the tests in the attachments to check if I have lymphoma. Are these tests enough to make sure I don’t have lymphoma or bia alcl? If yes, do I have it? If further tests are needed, what tests do I need? Thank you!

Do not go larger, but go down in size. with larger implants you will just thin and stretch your own tissue more and will sag with time. I would suggest going down to 300 cc's, placing them behind the muscle and lifting your breasts.
I do not recommend going up to 700 cc's, especially if you want them sub glandular. At that size, they will just stretch your own tissue and sag. I would suggest going smaller to decrease the sag potential. For long term, submuscular is still best. It helps support the weight of the implant and...
