How much does breaking your nose affect your voice?

I broke my nose three or four months ago. Initially, I was more worried about a concussion and not my nose at the time, I never thought I had broke it. Now, my nose is doing better but I have noticed that my voice sounds more nasally especially when trying to sing. I should have got my nose reset but didn't think of it at the time. I'm going to see a specialist on Monday. I was just curious, with surgery, can my voice return to normal where I feel like it's good again or will I have to live it?

You may have broken/displaced the nasal septal cartilage and now have it partially or totally obstructing one or both nasal passages. Your surgeon should be able to determine this when they examine you.
