I broke my nose three or four months ago. Initially, I was more worried about a concussion and not my nose at the time, I never thought I had broke it. Now, my nose is doing better but I have noticed that my voice sounds more nasally especially when trying to sing. I should have got my nose reset but didn't think of it at the time. I'm going to see a specialist on Monday. I was just curious, with surgery, can my voice return to normal where I feel like it's good again or will I have to live it?

Answer: How much does breaking your nose affect your voice?
A rhinoplasty will lasts a lifetime but there will be gradual changes of the nose and thickening of the skin of the nose as you age. The basic change in the shape of the nose will not change over time.
You should think about the features of your ideal nose. Discuss these goals with your plastic surgeon and together come up with a plan to meet your expectations.
