I am using Rogaine for a month now and I shed a lot what I need to do ? I have never see my scalp before now is everything open

If you are using a medication and it does not seem to be working, check back with your doctor for a recheck and follow up.

is actually one of the effects of Rogaine: it can speed up hair loss during the
first months you use it. You should not stop the treatment because hair loss
will stabilize and this stabilization will last on the long term.

Minoxidil can cause shedding over the first few months of therapy.  You should continue to use it and as new hair grows, you should see improvement.   If not there are many other therapies you can consider such as PRP.

Be sure to speak to your dermatologist. Without seeing your scalp and knowing everything about your history, I can't determine all the possible reasons.However, it's important to be aware that shedding in the first 8-10 weeks is very common with minoxidil (Rogaine). If you are worried, see your dermatologist.

Shedding is a known complication for 1-2 months for a person starting on Minoxidil. Hold the course and the shedding will likely stop.
