I am a 22 year old girl who absolutely detest my boobs. They make me feel so unnatractive and I don't know what to do. They look like saggy cons .It's mostly the fact that I have very big areolas, but no nippel. When my Boobs are cold they look normal, but then they have to be very cold.How can I get them to look like normal boobs?

First, you have normal breasts but not to your liking.  To correct the areolar diameter will require a lift.  If you like your size that is all.  If you want more upper fullness then add an implant.  Both can most often be done at the same time depending on your tissue dynamics and implant size.  If you hate your breasts then delay won't make that better.Good luck

You have 2 options depending on what you prefer. You can have a breast augmentation, that will give you a more rounded look providing projection in the upper pole, so no more cone looking breast, or you can simply reduce the size of the areolas. I dont advice you to do both procedures at the same time because the scar of a areola reduction can get really ugly when combined with the augmentation.Best of luck,
