How old do you have to be to get a fat transfer?

I'm almost 15. and my breasts are a cup size different and I was wondering if i could just put some extra fat from my thighs or something and put it on my smaller breast since i figured it would be safer than saline or silicone. thank you :)

Thank you for your question. If you lose weight, fat can be lost from any place, the body is not specific. You could lose fat from any place fat is present. I hope this helps!
