I'm almost 15. and my breasts are a cup size different and I was wondering if i could just put some extra fat from my thighs or something and put it on my smaller breast since i figured it would be safer than saline or silicone. thank you :)

Be aware that transferred fat retains the biologic characteristics from which it came. So if you use stomach fat for your breast augmentation and then lose weight afterwards, yo will lose some or all of the fat that was transferred.
