If you still have additional fat to harvest, I would use the Brava on the smaller breast and process the fat differently with filtration method and addition of stromal vascular fraction. These methods will ensure that you have enough room in your breast, that the fat will survive through processing, and that you will have enough  regenerative cells and growth factors  in your fat grafts to development blood supply to prevent resorption.

Implants usually give a more reliable result than fat grafting as you have experienced.  Best of luck in you decision to  move forward.

Although fat grafting to the breast may be an excellent option for correcting asymmetries, it is common to have multiple fat grafting sessions to correct the asymmetry. If the breast skin is rather tight on the smaller breast, you may require pre-expansion using the BRAVA system. This helps the skin and breast tissue expand prior to the fat grafting session. If you do not have a lot of donor sites to suction fat, implants are also a good option.
