Can I take cyproheptadine after lipo, due to lose of appetite?

Hey, I had lipo 360 about 3 weeks ago. However, my appetite has decreased. I don't want to lose anymore pounds. I was wondering if I took medicine (cyproheptadine) to help my appetite increase, will it do any harm to my body. At this point, I am having regrets, because I am having a very hard time eating.

This needs significant combinations procedures to improve, sometimes even a tummy tuck or excessive internal scar removal with fat grafting. I suggest you see an expert who treats this often.  This is not an outcome that should have occurred from that combination.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Stacey. Sorry you have had this experience. Photographs would greatly help to provide a more detailed recommendation, but I would wait a full six months postop to evaluate your result.  At that point discuss your concerns with your board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

Thank you for your question! Any clothing that is comfortable to you is ok to wear over your compression garment. If you’re able to fit your jeans over the garment, it is ok to, as long as they are not overly tight and causing indentations through your garment, onto your surgical sites. I hope t...
