Are these green veins normal? (Photos)

Question

Green veins are starting to become very visible all over my legs, arms and chest I’m also experiencing aching in my arms and legs that comes and goes throughout the day. Not sure if it’s related but over the last year I have been inactive, could this cause my symptoms? Are the veins normal?

The posted pictures show what are called reticular veins and they can be blue or green.  They are very common and are more apparent in fair skinned individuals.  Genetics play a role in their formation.  Sclerotherapy can be used to treat them which would strictly be for cosmetics.

Those veins are totally normal looking!  They may look greenish just because the depth of their location and light refraction/reflection from your skin.
Muscle aching can be a symptom of many things.  Inactivity can definitely be a cause.  Try doing some gentle workouts--just walking for a bit everyday is a great way to start.  If things don't improve after a few months it would be a good idea to get checked out by your primary care doctor.
