How do I get rid of this bulging forehead vein? (photos)

This vein is just always bulging on my forehead and it’s very noticeable. It wasn’t always like this it’s only gotten this way within the past year. I get minor headaches quite often too, could this have something to do with it? How do I get make this go away??

Sclerotherapy consists in injecting a foamy solution into the vein. The solution irritates the inner walls of vein and progressively it disappears. Because of the proximity of important deeper veins, only see someone experimented in this treatment. It takes a few session most of the time.

A large part of my practice is the treatment of facial veins.  I treat these central forehead veins with sclerotherapy with excellent results.  The only drawback to treatment is that several sessions may be necessary.
