What is the best procedure to tighten my face, neck and jaw line? (photos)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

There are various combinations from a mini facelift, mid facelift, andneck lift that can address different areas. There are never anyguarantees of course with any procedure whether it is surgical ornonsurgical in nature.Surgery is not for everyone. In today's dayand age, there are many nonsurgical options to consider althoughsurgery usually gets the most improvement.I would recommend that you see a board-certified plastic surgeon inyour area that is a member of both ASPS & ASAPS and performs a lot offacelifts but also offers all the nonsurgical options such asinjectables and laser treatments. I'm sorry to hear about your chronic illness...it can just make everything harder.  My favorite treatment for the issues of the mid face and upper neck are ThermiSmooth and Silhoutte Instalift.  ThermiSmooth is energy generated by radio-frequency.  For the patient this just means heat.  It can be used any where on the body to reduce fat and tighten skin.  When used on the face and neck area it will make the skin thicker (healthier) smoothing out fine lines.  The Silhoutte Instalift is a minimally invasive placement of a strand.  The strands dissolve over time all the while stimulating your body to make collagen.  It does require a local anesthetic much like you get at the dentist.  I've personally done the ThermiSmooth on my face and other parts!  I hope this helps you in your search.
