I had swollen feet in my pregnency .but after deliver my feet got really dark.i m using Hq 4% but it's not working.i m moisturising a lot but nothing help.pls pls help me I m feeling very embrass,I m Asian with fair skin

I agree that pregnancy related pigmentation is best treated with TCA and Retin-A. It may takes months and multiple treatments to get the appropriate results.Make sure you have a formal evaluation with a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO :)

I would recommend a pigment protocol which incorporates Retin-A and TCA - which are trichloroacetic acid peels to help with the discoloration.  It usually takes two or three months to help exfoliate and lighten this area.  Please consult an expert in chemical peels.  Best, Dr. Green
