Will PicoSure shrink these pores? What else can I do? (photo)

Hi, I’m really in a desperate situation. 10 years ago, I used rosacea treatment too quickly one after another and one day, I woke up with severe seborrhea out of every pore of my nose. I had ablative surfacing done but it worsened the pores as I still have some sebum plugs often. Will picosure help with this? I feel so hopeless as I’m doing laser genesis right now but it doesn’t seem to help. Also I have like sebum in each pore which worsens with inflammation. Soolantra seems to help somewhat.
