Will PicoSure shrink these pores? What else can I do? (photo)

Thank you for your question. Picosure can certainly aid in the appearance of large pores and a total skin rejuvenation. I might also recommend a device called Fractora. Fractora is one the most advanced technologies on the market today using fractionated radio frequency. Both the Picosure and Fractora offer very little downtime.

From your story, and from the sound of your desperation, you need to consult with a board certified dermatologist asap. A dermatologist can prescribe the appropriate topical medications to treat your seborrheic dermatitis and underlying rosacea, if present. And once these are under control, attention can then be turned to treating your dilated pores--which can be addressed via a thorough professional cleaning (by cleaning out the stuffed pores manually, they will shrink); a series of relatively inexpensive superficial peels, and/or medical microneedling. So, forget jumping desperately from one expensive "hope in a machine" to another. Get yourself to a board certified skin specialist and good luck to you . 

I would recommend having the eMatrix treat you since your pores are enlarged since the ablative laser and this is the best treatment for this.  If you are having constant sebum Accutane may be the best method to treat this constant inflammation.  Please consult an expert in acne and rosacea and scars for the best cosmetic results.
