Is this all normal after Rhinoplasty?

I did Rhinoplasty and l'm now 3 weeks post op, my lips are very dry, dry skin, my eyes and face looks extremely tired, very hallow eyes and a week later after surgery when I stopped my medications (steroids for my swelling, clindamycin and pain meds) I have been having bad diarrhea since then until today and crazy allergies basically sneezing all day. Is this all normal?

THIS IS URGENT. Anyone having diarrhea after using Clindamycin can have C Diff colitis and get very sick. You need to see a doctor immediately and discontinue Clindamycin if you are still on it. You will likely need a lot of probiotics and some other prescription medications. See your family physician or a gastroenterologist soon. All other symptoms are possible after rhinoplasty and will get better. RegardsDr. J
