Unhappy with nose manipulation. Can I have plastic surgery now before bones in nose fuse ?

I was badly assaulted at work last Wednesday this resulted in a badly broken nose and breathing problems.i had manipulation under anastetic.although I have like a plastic nose bandage on I can see that my nostrils are deffo timed looking and different shapes.i was wondering would it be possible to just book myself into a private clinic and get a rhinoplasty before these bones heal as it will be 9 days since my assault today .

Difficult to tell from the pictures. However a small resection of the alar could provide some narrowing. You have to be careful because as you narrow the nostrils the tip can then appear larger and need to be narrowed to maintain the proportions.
