Unhappy with nose manipulation. Can I have plastic surgery now before bones in nose fuse ?

I would recommend returning to your surgeon for evaluation. The splint will typically come off at 5-7 days. It would be very unusual to have such severe asymmetry in the base of your nose after a closed reduction. If your nose is still crooked it can be reduced or you might need to delay 6-12 weeks for a rhinoplasty depending upon what your surgeon finds during your followup. You must wait until full consolidation and recovery happens, and then the rhinoplasty surgeon will be able to diagnose what is wrong as sequels of your traumatism and what you like to change in your nose.

If the nose has been broken  only 9 days ago and the manipulation of closed reduction of the nasal fracture has not worked, and it's obvious that the nose is still crooked and the swelling has subsided, consideration for an open reduction nasal fracture with osteotomies can be entertained.
