The under eye does best with a combination of lasers + microneedling/PRP, peels, skin care, and botox. You will need a combination for the best treatment if you are not considering a surgical option. Best, Dr. Emer.
Hello ericao28,Microneedling is an excellent treatment to strengthen and tighten the skin under the eyes and on the upper lid. I would encourage you to use PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) during your microneedling treatment to achieve best results and quicker healing. Hi @LGlazeuk. Microneedling is a great treatment to reduce enlarged pores. I recommend seeking treatments from experienced processionals for optimal results. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
Redness and swelling are expected after a microneedling treatment. When treated with PRP this will improve your results and speed up your healing. The skin usually calms by day 4. Using a calming cream after microneedling is always recommended such as, ZO Revitatrol. Best to you, Dr Faraz

If your skin is completely healed from the microneedling then I would assume it is safe to use the skin bleach to the affected areas of your skin. Best, Dr. Green
I don't recommend performing microneedling on yourself. These procedures should be done by an expert. I always combine microneedling with prp and laser treatments to get the best results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
