The under eye does best with a combination of lasers + microneedling/PRP, peels, skin care, and botox.  You will need a combination for the best treatment if you are not considering a surgical option.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Microneedling is an excellent treatment to strengthen and tighten the skin under the eyes and on the upper lid. I would encourage you to use PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) during your microneedling treatment to achieve best results and quicker healing. You can resume using your retinol after the skin has healed, usually 4-7 days after being treated (after the redness is gone)
