I went to my massagist and she mentioned that after the massages the fluid would go down but Everytime I went back it would be swollen again. It is this normal 3 weeks post bbl? Also it's not red but it does feel a little warm and I feel pressure when I bend down (uncomfortable to do so)

The use of a cell saver is usually during vascular procedures when a lot of blood loss is expected. This would be very unusual to use in any cosmetic procedure.
