A ton of Q switch Txs and 2 Enlighten so far and their still here! Is there any other techniques or lasers i can try?

Thank you for your question and photographs.  I appreciate your frustration, but I don't think that you have much ink left at all.  The "weird brown color" that you described is Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation and is a reaction of your skin cells to the trauma of the laser treatments.  It will not go away until you stop irritating your skin with the laser.  Topical 4% hydroquinone cream used twice per day can speed up the process, but it could take a year of more for it to go away.  J.
