I am in a large community I am firmly connected with, and while I'm not in a culture where procedures are necessarily looked down upon, I fear someone drawing attention to seemingly sudden heightened levels of masculine sexual dimorphism in my lower third area, namely the chin and possibly ramus when I inevitably proceed with filler procedure(s). For reference I am an adult male.
Answer: Injectable filler treatments should lead to a natural appearance. In our opinion, many people overdo it with fillers and this can lead to an unnatural appearance. The best way to assure that you would achieve a natural appearance would be to review the before and after photos of your doctor. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph

Answer: Los Angeles Expert Physician Aesthetic Injector....How can one avoid people detecting enhancements to the face via filler? Hi W, My aesthetic philosophy is "No one should know" that you have had anything done. The best aesthetic physicians end goal is natural beauty that is not obvious. In your case I would begin with treating your chin/marionette area with about 2ml of Voluma. After a few weeks I would then treat your jawline with 3 to 4 ml of Volux. When placed properly, no one should know (that you have had anything done!) The most important aspect of your treatment is making sure that you choose an expert injecting physician who possesses natural artistic vision. Feel free to contact my office for any further concerns or questions. Good luck and be well. Michael A. Persky, MD Encino, CA

Answer: Conservative Approach with Dermal Fillers Hello! My name is Jessica, I am a physician assistant, and one of the providers at Aesthetic Skin in Winnetka and Chicago. This is a great question. To avoid drawing attention to facial enhancements with filler and maintain a natural look, it's essential to approach the procedure with subtlety and careful planning. Start by opting for a conservative treatment approach, where only small amounts of filler are used initially, allowing for gradual changes rather than abrupt transformations. Communicate clearly with your practitioner about your desire for subtle enhancements to ensure they focus on achieving a balanced and refined appearance rather than dramatic changes. Additionally, spacing out treatments over time can help you avoid sudden shifts in your facial aesthetics that might raise suspicion. Finally, maintaining an overall balanced appearance through complementary facial features, such as softening other areas or using makeup techniques to enhance natural contours, can help integrate the enhancements seamlessly into your overall look. I hope this helps and best of luck!

Answer: Masking Results without Minimizing Hello! Dr. Ruter here from Syracuse Plastic Surgery in Syracuse NY. Great questions. The lower third of the face has many great treatment options like botulinum toxin or filler. The reality is that these enhancements when done properly look natural and would take a well-trained eye or someone intimately familiar with your face to detect. The main thing to worry about is bruising, which can be unpredictable. There are many things to be done to lower that risk. Don't be afraid to seek a consultation with your local plastic surgeon.
