I am in a large community I am firmly connected with, and while I'm not in a culture where procedures are necessarily looked down upon, I fear someone drawing attention to seemingly sudden heightened levels of masculine sexual dimorphism in my lower third area, namely the chin and possibly ramus when I inevitably proceed with filler procedure(s). For reference I am an adult male.

The lower third of the face has many great treatment options like botulinum toxin or filler. The reality is that these enhancements when done properly look natural and would take a well-trained eye or someone intimately familiar with your face to detect. The main thing to worry about is bruising, which can be unpredictable. There are many things to be done to lower that risk. Don't be afraid to seek a consultation with your local plastic surgeon.
