I think im too young for it but ive tried everything (fin,minox,keto..etc)with no results for more than 2 years and my hairloss is too advanced compared to my age, im still using finasteride till now hoping it slows it down, i also use concealers that make me look thick but my friends tell me my hair looks unnatural, i cant comb it in fact, when i've seen a dermatologist the only thing he could do was giving me minoxidil that gave me sideeffects without increasing hair growth,it started at 16,ty
Answer: Hair Transplant in late teens The younger you are when male pattern hair loss begins, the more likely to have extensive hair loss as the years progress. The "pearl" to remember is that prevention (minox, finasteride, low level laser, PRP) is time sensitive. The earlier you start, the more effective they will be. Also, remember that all four preventions mentioned work by a different mechanisms, so you can be aggressive and use them all if you want to. On the other hand surgery in NOT "time sensitive". The procedure works as well in a 25 year old as my 80 year old patients. I would encourage you to wait a few years and give medical therapy every chance possible.

Answer: Hair transplant at 19 No hesitation, you have to have a hair restoration . because you look older and it puts a big stress and unhealthy psychological status on your shoulders. After you have a normal fontal hair line and hair on your top of head , your appearance will change together with self esteem.I advise you to have a FUE operation of 2500 -2800 grafts . Doc will determine frontal hair line and debade with you to decide level of new hairline. Hair transplantation would cover all bald spot in one session of operation and you would have a good, succesful result.

Answer: Can I do hair transplant at 19? It is physically possible to do a hair transplant at age 19, but usually not a good idea as placing a hairline and creating density acceptable to a 19-year-old would use up a lot of your available grafts and may leave you very unhappy with your look later in life and severely limit your options for further work. You may want to consider a hair system of some sort, so there would be no restrictions on how much density you get or where you want your hairline, and save your grafts until you're older and a higher hairline and thinner hair would be more acceptable.

Answer: Hair Transplant At age 19 it is very early to start having hair transplants. Hair loss is progressive and as the years go by you need to be prepared to have multiple procedures if you decide to have it done. This does not mean you are not a candidate, but you must do a lot of research before you take this step.

Answer: Significant Hair Loss Age 19 You may well progress to class 6 and likely even Norwood Class 7. You need to consult an expert in medical therapies and should not think about hair transplantation. Some doctors may advise FUE but scars would be visible in donor area as you continue to lose hair. You are better off bald than disfigured.
