My areolas are not much wide or maybe they are. They're 5cm in diameter horizontally and 3.5cm in diameter vertically. I want them to be around 2.5cm in diameter overall. But, I really don't want permanent sutures because I would hate their palpatibility. Can I move forward with the surgery using absorbable sutures and permanent sutures on the outside that could be taken out after a month or so + If I don't use permanent sutures internally, will my areolas definitely stretch again
