I had a breast lift back in Dec 2020. I’m 5’4,female 152lb. 1) stretched out Areolas. When I wear a bra and they left in the bra my aerola stick out. I don't think they're position down correctly and think they're either to big or high and into medial to much. 2) They look ugly and botched if I'm being honest , the patches are missing and discolored. The skin around the aerola as well is wrinkly. Should I get a reduction/revised? How much is it? Local/general anesthesia?

The vertical lift would do much better for you and position the breasts in the proper location. With the breasts lifted, your areolar reduction will be more successful since breast tissue won't be pulling on them. You are too saggy for the doughnut lift.
Your areolae are large because of stretching with implants. You should wait at least 6 months from surgery and permanent sutures may be needed. It is difficult to get small areolae with large implants. The implants stretch the areolae.
