You cannot tell how many graft were implanted based on photos alone.  If you are concerned, ask your doctor.

It is best to ask your surgeon about post operative care as each doctor has their unique regimen.  You can wear a hair system as long as the grafts are secure.

If you have issues after your surgery, it is best to follow up with your doctor for a recheck.  It is hard to diagnosis or tell what you have.  If you have a fever, call your doctor.

Cobble stoning or scarring may be an issue. It mainly depends on the technique and size of grafts and incisions.  It may also take 6 to 12 months to see the final end result.

Swimming 18-19 days after FUE hair transplant. Is it ok to swim in the sea and put my head in the water?
