I had a breast reduction in 2012; which all incisions opened, I had roughly 7 months of wound care, infection etc. I was terrified to seek any further care after all was said and done however now my boobs are so misshaped, saggy with horrible scars. Any recommendations... without out pocket lift / implants. Financially that is not in the cards

A lift is your best bet at this point especially if you are not interested in implants. As always, be sure to research who performs your surgery to ensure the best likelihood of a positive result.

The good news is that time has been your friend and there now appears to be substantial laxity in the skin which should permit significant improvement in the cosmetic appearance. A great deal of or potentially even all of the bad scarring can be removed to give the body a new opportunity to form prettier scars. It will be very important to get your previous operative note for your next surgeon and also to optimize any medical issues that could impair wound healing. Examples include diabetes, nicotine use, and immunosuppressant medications. Good luck!
