Is Picoway yag laser effective on blue ink?

I have some blue flowers in my tattoo THE black is fading only the blue flowers not so good.

I use Picoway for acne scars in patients who do not want any downtime. I find that it works great especially for grade I and II scars. Grade III and IV scars tend to be deeper and have more defined margins, and Picoway may not be adequate here. I find the Picoway zoom handpiece  to be more ...
