PicoWay on acne scars?

Question

There isn't much reviews on the picoway laser by syneron and candela yet on acne scars. My doctor has been treating my acne scars with the Ematrix sublative and just told me he would like to try the picoway on my acne scars. I would just like to know if there are any doctors out there who have tried picoway for acne scars?

I use Picoway for acne scars in patients who do not want any downtime. I find that it works great especially for grade I and II scars. Grade III and IV scars tend to be deeper and have more defined margins, and Picoway may not be adequate here. I find the Picoway zoom handpiece  to be more effective than the Resolve for scars.

This is a new indication for the Picoway.  We have used the Picoway on a few people who had spots and acne scars and the scars have definitely improved.  I would try it as it seems to be less ablative and less down time than sublative or sublime
