PicoWay on acne scars?

I use Picoway for acne scars in patients who do not want any downtime. I find that it works great especially for grade I and II scars. Grade III and IV scars tend to be deeper and have more defined margins, and Picoway may not be adequate here. I find the Picoway zoom handpiece  to be more effective than the Resolve for scars. 

This is a new indication for the Picoway.  We have used the Picoway on a few people who had spots and acne scars and the scars have definitely improved.  I would try it as it seems to be less ablative and less down time than sublative or sublime
