I'm not at 10 weeks after surgery..but I still don't see the result as discussed with the doctor. There are uneven areas in the cheeks at the front , the skin is showing uneven structure..will this all change in the next coming months. When can you see the final shape and result ??? The real result...
Answer: 10 weeks post MACS lift Thank you for your question. At ten weeks a lot of the swelling should have settled although you may still have a little. You should however, see some sort of result by now and things should be taking shape. Give it a few more weeks then go back and see your surgeon. Good luck

Answer: Macs Face Lift Thanks for the question. A MACS (Minimal Access Cranial Suspension) facelift is a type of facial plastic surgery that aims to rejuvenate the face by lifting and tightening the skin and underlying tissues in the lower face and neck area. The healing process and results of a MACS facelift can vary depending on a number of factors, including the patient's individual health and healing ability, the extent of the surgery, and the surgeon's technique. Immediately after the surgery, patients can expect some swelling, bruising, and discomfort around the incision sites. Pain medication and ice packs can help manage these symptoms. Patients will also need to keep their head elevated for a few days to reduce swelling. The full results of a MACS facelift can take several weeks to fully develop, as the swelling and bruising gradually subside and the tissues settle into their new position. Patients can expect a firmer, more youthful appearance in the lower face and neck, with a reduction in wrinkles and sagging skin. I wish you all the best.

Answer: Healing and Recovery After Your Facial Procedure The healing process in general can take up to one month for the majority of swelling to subside, incisions to close, sutures to come out, and for bruising to completely go away. #Recovery time from a #facelift varies from person to person, but patients can generally expect to be presentable within three weeks from surgery. Patients should expect swelling, bruising, and discoloration of the skin during this phase of recovery (swelling normally goes down after 48 hours; most bruising will go away within two weeks). The marks from a facelift can easily hidden with “camouflage” make-up which you can learn how to apply. The scars from a facelift mature within six to twelve months from the surgery date. It is during this time that the rejuvenating effects of the facelift will become apparent and the real result will be seen. If you have certain concerns about the procedures and #healing process, it is recommended to call your board-certified surgeon or their medical staff and discuss those #concerns.
