I got implants in May 2019. Everything went great and I’ve had no issues since then . 3 weeks ago I suddenly could feel my right breast implant moving and I’ve never felt anything like it before. I’m so aware of it when stretching, laying on my side, etc. it almost feels not part of my body anymore. No change in look or feeling. I went to my surgeon and got no answer except that it’s definitely not leaking or capsular contracture. It’s so uncomfortable and I just want to know what it could be.

You do have some degree of ptosis (or droop) to your breasts at this point. It is likely adding the implant will exaggerate that degree of droop. I would recommend the lift to increase the longevity of your result.
HelloThank you for the question,I advise you to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon so you can try different implants after relevant measurements. The type of the surgery can only be confirmed after consultation but most probably you will not need any lift.Best wishes
